At Wagyu Shabu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fuji, you can enjoy shabu shabu and sukiyaki dishes that bring out the best of the ingredients. You can enjoy both shabu shabu and sukiyaki in the same pot, one made with a flavorful broth carefully drawn from bonito and kelp, and the other with a rich sugar and soy sauce base. The dish uses carefully selected wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables, and is prepared in different ways to allow you to savor the flavors of the beef.
In addition, we offer a variety of course meals that are carefully prepared with attention to the container and presentation, such as the Hakozen Box, a beautifully arranged set of nine different a la carte dishes, and Wagyu nigirizushi (hand-rolled sushi with wagyu beef). These dishes are not only pleasing to the palate but also to the eye.
