At 【Wagyu ShabuShabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama】, you can enjoy a course meal of shabu shabu, which brings out the best of carefully selected Wagyu beef, and sukiyaki, in which the mellow aroma of the broth is the deciding factor.
The moment you put the beef in your mouth, your tongue will be filled with the melt-in-your-mouth texture of Wagyu beef and the sweetness of its refined fat. It also goes perfectly with fresh vegetables.
The “Sashimi Box,” a boxed set of nine different a la carte dishes including seasonal sashimi, and desserts such as seasonal fruits and cakes with green tea sauce are offered to please both the eyes and palate.
