Wagyu Shabu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama, located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a tenant building directly connected to Odori Subway Park, offers shabu shabu and sukiyaki course meals using carefully selected Japanese beef.
Enjoy shabu shabu, made with a rich flavor by carefully selecting bonito and kelp, and sukiyaki, a richly flavored dish, in a single pot.
In addition, the “Sashimi Box,” a boxed set of nine different a la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients and carefully arranged in dishes and containers, and desserts served with green tea sauce will delight both the eyes and the palate.
