Located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a tenant building directly connected to Exit 24 of Odori Subway Station facing Odori Park in the center of Sapporo, Fujiyama offers shabu-shabu and sukiyaki course meals using carefully selected ingredients.

Please enjoy a variety of dishes that are pleasing to the eye as well as the palate, such as shabu-shabu and sukiyaki using carefully selected Wagyu beef, which is known for its tenderness and sweetness, a boxed set of nine one-pot dishes using seasonal ingredients, and desserts served with green tea sauce.
