Wagyu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama is located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a restaurant complex facing Odori Park in the center of Sapporo, just a minute walk from Odori Subway Station.

We offer shabu-shabu and sukiyaki course menus featuring carefully selected Wagyu beef, which is characterized by its tenderness, sweetness, and flavor, and seasonal vegetables.

Please enjoy a variety of our signature dishes, such as the "Sashimi Box," a boxed set of nine different a la carte dishes, and Wagyu beef nigirizushi, for which we pay particular attention to the container and serving style.
