Wagyu Shabu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama is a restaurant specializing in shabu shabu and sukiyaki in Sapporo with carefully selected wagyu beef.

On December 24 and 25 only, we will offer a Christmas course limited to 30 servings per day.

In addition to our signature shabu-shabu and sukiyaki dishes, this special course includes a variety of gorgeous appetizers such as "Roasted Wagyu Beef with Undan Teriyaki Sauce" and "Peony Shrimp and Ezo Abalone", as well as Christmas desserts.
