Located on the 8th floor of Le Trois restaurant complex facing Odori Park near the TV Tower in the center of Sapporo, Fujiyama offers shabu-shabu and sukiyaki course meals using carefully selected Japanese beef.
Using carefully selected Wagyu beef, which has a reputation for its tenderness, the restaurant offers shabu-shabu, a dish rich in the flavors of bonito and kelp, and sukiyaki, a richly seasoned dish, in a single pot.
In addition, we offer a variety of dishes that are "delicious" even to the eyes, such as a beautifully arranged box of nine different a la carte dishes and wagyu nigirizushi, which allows you to directly taste the flavor of wagyu beef, with special attention to the container and serving style.
