Fujiyama, located on the 8th floor of Le Trois restaurant complex facing Odori Park in Sapporo's Chuo Ward, offers shabu-shabu and sukiyaki course menus featuring carefully selected wagyu beef.

A wide variety of dishes are available, including shabu-shabu with the rich flavor of bonito and kelp, rich sukiyaki, a boxed set of nine a la carte dishes beautifully arranged, and udon noodles to finish.

Located on the top floor of the complex, the restaurant is equipped with private rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 20 people.
