Fuji, a restaurant specializing in shabu-shabu and sukiyaki with carefully selected Japanese beef, is located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a restaurant complex facing Odori Park and near the TV Tower in Sapporo's Chuo Ward.

We use carefully selected Wagyu beef, which is known for its flavor, sweetness, and tenderness, and offer a course of flavorful shabu-shabu and rich sukiyaki accompanied by an assortment of seasonal vegetables.

We offer a variety of dishes, such as a beautifully arranged boxed set of nine different a la carte dishes and wagyu beef nigirizushi, each carefully prepared in its own dishware and presentation.
