Facing Odori Park in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, the shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant [Wagyu Shabu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama] is located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a complex directly connected to Exit 24 of Odori Koen Subway Station, offering shabu-shabu and sukiyaki using carefully selected Japanese beef in a course format.
In addition to flavorful shabu-shabu and rich sukiyaki, we offer a wide variety of dishes, including a boxed set of nine different a la carte dishes and udon noodles to finish the meal.
We also offer an extensive drink menu, including sake and whiskey, selected with careful consideration of their compatibility with the cuisine.
