Wagyu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama is located on the 8th floor of Le Trois, a tenant restaurant in the center of Sapporo.

In addition to carefully selected Wagyu beef, we also offer a Hokkaido Sangen Pork course.

Shabu-shabu and sukiyaki using Hokkaido sangenbuta, which has an excellent balance of tenderness and sweetness among pork meats, is different from that of wagyu beef.

It is also a good match with our specialty shabu-shabu broth and sukiyaki broth.
