カツオと昆布の引き方にこだわったしゃぶしゃぶは、和牛を軽く湯通しし、ほんのりレアの状態で自家製ポン酢か胡麻ダレで食べるのがオススメ。
コク深いすき焼は野菜や豆腐などと一緒に煮込み、火が入り過ぎない程度の状態で、生卵に潜らせて食べるのがオススメです。

Enjoy the flavor and tenderness of carefully selected Wagyu beef in our in-house prepared shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.
We recommend the shabu-shabu, which is prepared with a special method of drawing bonito and kelp, by lightly boiling the wagyu and eating it slightly rare with our homemade ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu and citrus juice) or sesame sauce.
For rich sukiyaki, we recommend simmering the beef with vegetables and tofu and dipping it in a raw egg when it is not overcooked.
