Fujiyama, a restaurant specializing in shabu-shabu and sukiyaki with carefully selected Japanese beef, is located on the 8th floor of the tenant building "Le Trois" facing Odori Park in the center of Sapporo.
Wagyu beef, carefully selected by our chefs, is served in shabu-shabu, a richly flavored shabu-shabu with bonito and kelp, and sukiyaki, a richly flavored sukiyaki based on soy sauce and sugar.
