We are proud of the shabu-shabu broth prepared in our restaurant, which enhances the flavor and tenderness of carefully selected wagyu beef, and we are particular about the way kombu and bonito are used. By dipping the wagyu beef in the flavorful broth, the shabu-shabu nabe enhances the taste even more.
The sukiyaki broth, based on sugar and soy sauce, is richly flavored and not too sweet, so you will never get tired of it.
When stewed with the assortment of vegetables and other ingredients served together, the flavor melts and becomes the best taste.
