Wagyu Shabu Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama is a restaurant in Sapporo specializing in shabu shabu and sukiyaki using carefully selected wagyu beef.
The "Assorted Seasonal Vegetables" served in the shabu-shabu and sukiyaki courses are colorfully arranged to be enjoyed from the outside.
In the broth for shabu-shabu, shabu-shabu is served with easily cooked vegetables as soon as it boils, and served with homemade ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) or homemade sesame sauce.
*Vegetables are best served lightly cooked, not stewed, to keep them crispy and delicious.
After the sukiyaki broth is boiled, thoroughly cook tofu, Chinese cabbage, garland chrysanthemum, mushrooms, and shirataki mushrooms to soak up the flavors before dipping them into the egg and serving.
